Rock isn't dead. It's evolving.

Formed in Athens, Georgia, in 2017, Ashes to Omens has spent nearly a decade forging a sound that bridges the gap between rock's roots and its future. Built on crushing riffs, soaring melodies, and an unshakable belief in perseverance, the band has continuously evolved while staying true to the heart that brought them together.

Their 2025 EP, Vessels & Vices, earned widespread praise from fans and critics alike, showcasing a band confident in its songwriting and unafraid to push beyond expectations. But for Ashes to Omens, that release was never the destination. It was the foundation.

At the center of the band's story is vocalist James Branton, whose journey as a cancer survivor helped shape the resilience, determination, and emotional honesty that have become defining characteristics of Ashes to Omens' music. Those experiences don't just inspire the lyrics. They fuel every performance, every recording, and every step forward.

Now entering their most ambitious era yet, Ashes to Omens is embracing a heavier, darker, and more modern sound designed for today's rock audience. The upcoming music abandons labels and expectations in favor of massive hooks, cinematic atmospheres, and the hard-hitting energy of contemporary Octane rock.

With a brand-new single arriving this November and a new EP set for release in May 2027, Ashes to Omens isn't revisiting the past.

They're building what's next.
